The first contributor to the new Volunteers Make Frederick County a Better Place to Call Home campaign is South Mountain Group, Title, Escrow and Loan Closing Services, a new title recording company based in Jefferson that makes charitable giving an integral part of their business plan.  

“Giving back to the community on a regular basis is an integral part of the South Mountain Group’s philosophy,” said Pat Leiby, marketing coordinator. “We will continue to support Volunteer Frederick and other nonprofit organizations as our business grows.”
