Agency
Registration
Volunteer Frederick and RSVP are ready to work with you as a
volunteer agency. The following information will help you
register with RSVP and assist us to place quality volunteers at
your private, non-profit, public or non-proprietary agency or
organization. Below are links to all the necessary forms to
become a new RSVP Partner Agency.
5. Sample Group Timesheet (one will be sent to you in a
format useable by your organization)
To register, print out forms 1, 2, 3 and 4, complete them as
necessary, and return them to: Volunteer Frederick RSVP, 31 W.
Patrick St., L2, Frederick, MD 21701, or email to rsvp@volunteerfrederick.org
When your forms are received, the RSVP Coordinator will
contact you to confirm receipt of your request and to discuss
details of your agency and your current needs.
Your needs will be posted on
the Volunteer Frederick website, and we will make every effort
to refer potential volunteers who are a good match to meet your
needs. Because a RSVP placement is cooperative, volunteer
agencies have the right to not accept referred volunteers.
Similarly, you can ask for volunteers to be removed from your
agency if the relationship is not working. We ask that volunteer
agencies designate supervisors who then assist volunteers as
needed. Supervisors are responsible for informing volunteers
about their job duties and helping volunteers learn about the
facilities. Supervisors also sign RSVP time sheets to verify
service.
